利用規約 / Terms of Service

1. はじめに / Introduction

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、X（旧Twitter）上で提供されるAIチャットボット「Rebecca（レベッカ）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用（メンション、リプライ等の相互作用を含みます）されるユーザーは、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establish the conditions for using the AI chatbot "Rebecca" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided on X (formerly Twitter). Users who interact with the Service (including mentioning or replying) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

本サービスはAI（生成AI）によって自動生成されたフィクションの対話を提供するエンターテインメントサービスです。以下の点について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。

本サービスが生成する内容の正確性、真実性、合法性、および道徳性
本サービスが生成した発言により生じた、ユーザーまた第三者のいかなる損害
本サービス内のキャラクター「レベッカ」の発言はすべてフィクションであり、実在の人物、団体、事件等とは一切関係ありません。
ユーザーが本サービスに送信したテキストや画像が、第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害した場合の責任はユーザー自身が負うものとし、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。

The Service is an entertainment service providing fictional dialogues automatically generated by AI (Generative AI). The operator bears no responsibility for the following:

The accuracy, truthfulness, legality, and morality of the content generated by the Service.
Any damage caused to the user or a third party by the statements generated by the Service.
The statements of the character "Rebecca" in the Service are entirely fiction and have no relation to any real person, organization, or event.
The user bears sole responsibility if any text or images sent to the Service infringe upon the copyrights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights of a third party, and the operator assumes no responsibility.

3. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Conduct

ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

本サービスを利用して、法令に違反する行為、または公序良俗に反する行為を行うこと
特定の個人、団体、人種、宗教等を誹謗中傷する内容を意図的に引き出そうとする行為
過度な暴力的、性的な表現を意図的に本サービスに生成させる行為
本サービスのシステムに過度な負荷をかける行為（スパム行為等）
本サービスのシステム（AIのプロンプト等）を解析、リバースエンジニアリングする行為
プロンプトインジェクション等により、本サービスの意図しない動作や機密情報の出力を誘発する行為

When using the Service, users must not engage in the following acts:

Using the Service to commit acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
Intentionally attempting to draw out content that slanders specific individuals, organizations, races, religions, etc.
Intentionally causing the Service to generate excessively violent or sexually explicit expressions.
Imposing an excessive load on the Service's system (e.g., spamming).
Analyzing or reverse-engineering the Service's system (e.g., AI prompts).
Inducing unintended behavior or output of confidential information from the Service through prompt injection or similar acts.

4. サービスの変更・停止 / Modification and Termination of Service

運営者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの仕様変更、または提供を停止・終了することができるものとします。これによってユーザーに生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。

The operator reserves the right to change the specifications of the Service or to suspend or terminate its provision without prior notice. The operator bears no responsibility for any damage caused to the user as a result.

5. 利用停止措置 / Suspension of Use

運営者は、ユーザーが本規約に違反したと判断した場合、または運営者が必要と判断した場合、事前の通知なく当該ユーザーに対する本サービスの提供を停止（X上でのブロック措置等を含みます）することができるものとします。

If the operator determines that a user has violated these Terms or deems it necessary, the operator may suspend the provision of the Service to that user (including blocking on X) without prior notice.

6. 規約の変更 / Changes to the Terms

運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、事前の通知なく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

The operator may change these Terms without prior notice if deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective at the time they are posted on this page.
