1. 取得する情報 / Information Collected

AIチャットボット「Rebecca（レベッカ）」（以下「本サービス」といいます）は、X（旧Twitter）上で提供されるサービスです。本サービスでは、相互作用のために以下の情報を取得・利用します。

Xの公開アカウント情報（ユーザー名、表示名、プロフィール文、プロフィール画像等）
本サービス宛に送信されたメンション、リプライ、およびそこに含まれるテキストや画像データ
本サービスが生成し、ユーザーとやり取りした会話の履歴（コンテキスト維持のため）

The AI chatbot "Rebecca" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operates on X (formerly Twitter). To facilitate interactions, the Service collects and uses the following information:

Public X account information (username, display name, profile description, profile image, etc.).
Mentions, replies, and the text or image data contained within them sent to the Service.
Conversation history generated by the Service and exchanged with the user (to maintain conversational context).

2. 情報の利用目的 / Purpose of Use

取得した情報は、以下の目的でのみ利用されます。

本サービスを通じたAIとの自然な会話、リプライ生成の提供（パーソナライズを含む）
本サービスの品質向上、および不具合の修正
スパム行為や利用規約違反の監視・防止
個人を特定できないよう匿名化・抽象化した上での、会話トレンドの分析および本サービス（AIの応答ロジックやキャラクター性）の改善・アップデート

The collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

To provide natural conversations and generate replies via AI through the Service (including personalization).
To improve the quality of the Service and fix bugs.
To monitor and prevent spam or violations of the Terms of Service.
Analyzing conversational trends and improving/updating the Service (AI response logic and character traits) after anonymizing and abstracting data so that individuals cannot be identified.

3. 外部APIへの提供（LLMへのデータ送信） / Third-Party API Data Transmission

本サービスは、Googleが提供する「Gemini API」を利用しています。本サービス宛に送信されたデータは回答生成の目的でGemini APIへ送信され、Googleの利用規約に基づき、同社の製品改善やモデル学習に利用される可能性があります。そのため、個人情報や機密情報は送信しないようお願いいたします。

The Service utilizes the "Gemini API" provided by Google. Data sent to the Service is transmitted to the Gemini API and, in accordance with Google's Terms of Service, may be used to improve their products and train models. Therefore, please do not send personal or confidential information.

4. 情報の保存と保護 / Data Storage and Protection

取得した会話ログやプロファイル情報は、アクセス制御が施された安全なデータベース（Google Cloud Firestore等）に保存されます。また、不要となった古い会話履歴は定期的に自動削除（または抽象化による匿名化処理）が行われます。

Collected conversation logs and profile information are stored in secure, access-controlled databases (such as Google Cloud Firestore). Additionally, old conversation history that is no longer needed is periodically auto-deleted (or anonymized via abstraction).

5. 情報の第三者への開示 / Disclosure to Third Parties

運営者は、以下の場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に開示または提供しません。

ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
法令に基づく要請がある場合
人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合

The operator will not disclose or provide collected information to third parties except in the following cases:

With the user's consent.
When requested based on laws and regulations.
When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the user's consent.

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更 / Changes to the Privacy Policy

運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、事前の通知なく本プライバシーポリシーを変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

The operator may change this Privacy Policy without prior notice if deemed necessary. The modified Privacy Policy shall become effective at the time it is posted on this page.
